A daylong mini-retreat focused on the science of mindfulness and mindfulness-based practices. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about the science supporting the efficacy of mindfulness-based programs and engage in a set of diverse mindfulness-based practices, including but not limited to body scan, lovingkindness, mindful movement, sitting meditation, forest therapy, and breathwork.
